Wow. I totally thought i'd be uploading stuff in between finals. I guess not. So, this was a class teaching us how to design things. That sounds kind of dumb and pointless, but it's actually very useful. The only rules for our final projects were that 1.) it had to be traditional, no digital or video, and 2.) we had to be able to defend it in terms of the concepts we learned in class. So that means like, using line and contrast and color and stuff to manipulate the viewer. I'd just post what i wrote as my description that's currently on the wall next to it, but i did that at 7 AM this morning after working all night, so it's probably not that coherent. If anyone really is curious about design basics principles and how they affect this project, i can post it. Just ask.

So anyway, i did a comic book style story thingie, because i liked the storyboards so much from last term. Same guys, obviously. I had to change their outfits just a bit for simplicity's sake as well as being able to defend it in terms of design, but nothing too drastic. The scanner kind of killed the quality. I'm hoping Derek's photos turn out better than my scans, so if they do, i'll update this and all will be good. But for now, here we are.

EDIT 7-13-07: I finally got a decent scan of these. The color is still slightly off, but now you can see more or less what it actually looks like on paper, instead of the horrible mess the first scan made of it. Chester's eyes still shouldn't be that blue, but ... whatever. Too bad.
